Independent Senior Housing
Farrow Place is designed for persons who are 62 years of age and older, and/or mobility impaired. We are a garden-type apartment facility that was constructed with the assistance of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rent is based on income.

Farrow Place offers one-story garden style apartments: 12 efficiency and 33 one-bedroom units. Each has its own combination of living and dining areas including bath, kitchen, storage area and plenty of closet space. A laundry area is located on-site.

​Water, electric, sewer, and garbage pickup are included in the rent. Telephone jacks are installed in the living area, and each apartment is prewired for cable TV.
